The Solutions Engineer role serves as a crucial post-sales strategic position, assuming the responsibility of a trusted consultant to our valued customers. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving the on boarding, implementation, and successful adoption of DAP products. This multifaceted position involves actively engaging with clients, creating valuable content, writing code, and collaborating closely with internal teams. Together, we strive to ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes and make the most of our offerings.

Solutioning:

• Facilitating the on boarding process of customers and their applications onto the DAP Platform.
• Managing the implementation, configuration, and integration of DAP features and Analytics into the customer's Enterprise applications.
• Adapting and customizing the DAP product to align with customer requirements, utilizing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Monitoring system performance, ensuring data integrity, and analyzing user activity to provide recommendations for ongoing enhancements to the DAP platform.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues, collaborating with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to address and resolve customer concerns.

Consulting:

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives, application landscape, and processes.
• Consulting with clients, brainstorming ideas, and suggesting optimal digital adoption solutions and use cases utilizing the capabilities of the DAP Product Ecosystem.
• Utilizing the DAP Platform to create tailored content that aligns with the specific use cases and requirements of the customer.
