Job Description
- Testing of the new equipment at the plant.
- Commissioning of new equipment at customer site.
- Troubleshoot and attend outstation service calls to solve any Electrical/Mechanical related issues.
- One of the main responsibilities will be to keep customer happy and satisfied, to achieve that you will be involved in following things.
- Interacting with customer for planning/executing the projects to satisfy customer queries.
- Respond to customer complaints.
- Evaluates and resolve problems of the customer.
- Analyzes, inspect, and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
- Develop and maintains relations with customers; reports common complaints of customers to top management to address the situation for future reference
- Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians and offers feedback on product development, features, and functions.
- Good understanding of electrical engineering; including concepts of converter, inverter, resonance circuits, power electronics etc.
- Basic Programming knowledge of HMI and PLC is a must.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Should be able to stay focused and find right solutions under stressful situations of machine breakdown.
